CIRAS Election Of Officers
12.19.2008

Members of Ciras came in to vote and pay dues for 2009 Meeting started around 5pm and Motion was made to adjorn the meeting by Brian Krumm and seconded by Ryan Butler at 6:01pm.

Election results are as follows:

To All C.I.R.A.S. members,

In accordance with the C.I.R.A.S. by-laws, a special meeting is being called (Article II, Paragraph 3) by at least one-tenth (1/10) of the membership. The meeting is being called at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, December 19^th at RACOM, 201 West State Street, Marshalltown Iowa. The purpose of the meeting will be election of officers before the current officer’s terms are up. It is anticipated that the meeting will take 15-20 minutes.

Previous minutes were lost do to a hard drive crash.

Treasurers Report:
$298.42 + $115.00 (cash) = $413.42

Repeater Committee Report:
Nothing to report all seem to be working

Motion made and approved for nominations to take place at this meeting and the election to take place next month.

They all work as of now. Going to head out to replace a weak PA at the Gilman site repeater. Given by

Old Business:

The annual Iowa 75 Meter Net Picnic will be held at noon Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Marshalltown's Grimes Farm Conservation Center. This is a potluck bring your own table service, a covered dish to share, and your own choice of drinks. All Ham's are cordially invited to attend to meet and greet old and new friends.
